This VB is a Remake of my UTAU Italy Hikaru but I am not calling it a remake. I am simply calling it a normal ACT 1 VB. She is also my first UTAU that I had created and the most used I made. This is a CV Voicebank and I will not give her out unless you are a trusted close friend or she get more attention. Fan art is - as always - welcome as long as you credit me and say Italy is mine.

Since I do not know how to OTO I had commissioned Ryan on DeviantArt to OTO her for me.
